■ Can I order Online?
No, We do not facilitate ordering online. You can send an enquiry online and we will revert with quotes. On approval of quotation we will share samples.
■ Do we need pay for sampling?
If Orion Gift World is registered vendor with your company then you don`t have to pay for sampling. If the sample is approved and the order is placed then the cost of sampling is adjusted against the order. If the sampling is done and the order is not placed then the invoice of sample will be raised. No sampling will be done on premium products. In that case we will share soft copies with your artwork adaptation on the product.
■ Do you have minimum quantity conditions?
Yes, we do have minimum quantity conditions for all our products.
■ How to get samples for approval?
On approval of quotation, the process for sampling starts. You have to share artwork of the branding to be done on the product in .cdr , AI or PS format. We will share the soft copies of the adapted product with you. Once you approve the soft copy we start the sampling process. Once the samples are ready we send them across to you for approval.
■ Who pays for the sample?
If Orion Gift World is registered vendor with your company then you don`t have to pay for sampling. If the sample is approved and the order is placed then the cost of sampling is adjusted against the order. ■ Do you deliver products at our address? What is your delivery perimeter?
Yes ,we will deliver at your doorstep . We are tied up with leading logistics company for delivery of products and can deliver globally. The logistics cost will be added to the invoice as per actuals and the logistics invoice will also be submitted to you.
■ What method of payment do you accept?
We accept NEFT online payment or cheque payment.
■ I don`t see the price on your website?
Price of the product varies according to the quantity enquired , however you can email us asking for our best price against the mentioned quantity
■ Can I get the products customized?
Yes , we do have various options of customization against the selected product, you can easily get your products customized according to your preference.
■ Do you offer discounts on large corporate orders?
Yes, we do extend discounts on high volume orders.
■ The artwork designed should be in which format?
Corel Draw , Photoshop Illustrator is preferred the most, you can mail your designs in any of these software.
■ After selecting the product how do I go about placing the order?
Select the product from the website that add to enquiry cart, sign up and register yourself , once the registration is done we will get back to you.
■ I don`t have a courier number so how do I pay for your shipping cost or sample?
You can pay for shipping cost of sample through online payment.
■ Will the products look exactly the same as shown on your website?
The products shown on our website are for display and reference purpose, colors and feel may vary with actual samples.
■ Can your representative visit at my office?
Yes, our representative can visit your office at said time & date so that we can have clear understanding about your requirement. The appointment has to be requested and in case samples are required then same has to be informed.

Most of our promotional products come in a range of different colour options if not then they are nearly matched to your logo . In addition the branding options available can be matched to your specific requirement.
■ How do I place my order?
Its really simple. You have send an enquiry and approve the rates and samples. If there is vendor registration process applicable with your company then we will submit the required documents and after vendor registration you can place your order.
■ Can I order a pre- production sample?
Yes , in most circumstance against a confirmed order.
■ How is my order delivered?
Typically orders are delivered via office runner (mumbai) or courier service (outside mumbai).
■ Can you deliver my order to several destination?
Yes, You just need to supply the details and quantities to go to each destination . You may be charged additional delivery cost for this service but will be notified before confirmation.
■ If we require special packaging?
Yes, the packaging can be customised as per your requirements. Let it be gift wrapping, carton design, thermocol, bubble wrap or any special packaging. We can deliver as per your requirement at additional cost.
■ What are your payment terms?
The companies with whom we are not registered, 50% when order is placed , the remaining 50% payable when the order is delivered . The companies with whom we are registered, our payment terms are as per your company standards. One month payment term is what we work on.
■ How Long will my order take after confirmation?
On average 15 working days for most of our standard products range. Tell us your requirement and we will given you an accurate delivery date. The production time after Purchase order is subject to availability and production time. The production time line varies from product to product. The turn around time will be informed depending on the quality and availability of the product. The factors which determine the turn around time are availablity (in case of imported product), availability of raw material and also if there are holidays.
